Careless mother ignores her crying child

Hi welcome to my blog, toddler tattler.You may have seen the name of my blog on a Television show named Jessie, however that is the exact kind of blog this is going to be. Unlike the blog from Jessie, i am going to report everyday abuse that nobody says anything about.Today in the park i saw a mother of 3 children 2 toddlers and 1 child the mother carried one of her toddlers in a picnic basket way to small for the said toddler. The mother went home and left her child and 1 of her toddlers there. She then came back with her other toddler. The said toddler then crawled off and fell on a rock, and his knee was slightly scraped. The said mother did nothing, and read her magazine while listening to music on her MP3 player. The said toddler looked like this.
